If you look at the birth certificates of the ones we know that are authentic you will see they both have 521 (if I recall) which is probably the county code, then the next number is their very own birth year. I don't know what the next numbers stand for. So if Obama's was legit we would have 521-1961-xxxxxxx. Someone could probably figure out what the last ones mean and fill them in.
