so, the only difference between your document and the Certificates of Live Birth issued to Jeremy Scott Smith and Patricia Decosta (copies posted on comment #1493 by myself) is that theirs states DATE ACCEPTED BY STATE REGISTRAR and yours and obama's state DATE FILED BY REGISTRAR.

No those are not the only differences. The DeCosta BC looks very different than mine, have not looked at the other. The DeCosta border and print, plus some words are different like “accepted” versus “filed.”
Do YOU, Fred Nerks, know who Ms. DeCosta is? You must, because you believe her and/or the document supplied on her behalf without question.
