Friend —
You may have recently heard right-wing smears questioning Barack Obama’s birth certificate and citizenship.
These assertions are completely false and designed to play into the worst kind of stereotypes.
You can see Barack Obama’s birth certificate for yourself and help push back with the truth at:
http://my.barackobama.com/fightthesmears
Together we can make sure these negative and divisive attacks don’t affect this campaign.
Thanks for your help.

Ive thought about this a great deal- because if this is all that it appears and this BC is fraudulent- then yes- most likely Hillary will get the nod in Denver. Its all pretty sobering. What will liberals, socialists and regular old Democrats do? What will it do to the country? Patience. This is a long way from a done deal.

Not sure- but after Bob Beckel’s talk on Fox, I was a sucker for the whitey tapes so I won’t be too hard on them :)
There ARE crazy rumors that fly around the internet that AREN’T true- and this is SO outlandish it could easily be dismissed....”there they go again”...
And yet...

Let’s say it’s fake. Let’s say it gets Obama out of the election. Then what? The Dems pick some one else...Hillary.
Who would you rather lose to? Hillary or Obama?
Be careful what you wish for.

Well, FINALLY.
the truth is out = and all over the news -
And it's soooo obvious if one had taken 2 minutes to examine the Obama birth certificate.
To: socialismisinsidious
Still if the above is true then why hide it? Why doesn't he just release his birth certificate? Why should he? It's irrelevant, and he can watch people make fools of themselves about it.
Unless you can prove that his mother was not a natural born citizen of the US, he can have faked birth certificates from Mars. It doesn't matter.

Back in 1974 I was legaly married to a S. Korean citizen that gave birth to a son that bore my name, he was born in an army hospital and had an American birth certificate, however, that did not automaticly make him a US Citizen, that was the law in 1974.

It doesn't matter where Obama was born. If his mother was a US citizen, then he is. That is wrong.
Statutory analysis sets out the legal position clearly--he isn't a citizen because his mother could not have been in the United States five years after she was 16 because she was only 18 when he was born. End of story.
If he was born in Kenya, he is not only not eligible to act as President under Article II, Sec. 1, Par. 4 of the U S Constitution, he is not a citizen of the US under 8 USCA Sec. 1401(g).

This is a Supreme Court decision from the year that Obama was supposedly born.
Montana v. Kennedy, 366 U.S. 308 (1961): A person born in 1906, whose mother was a native-born citizen of the United States and whose father was a foreign citizen, who was born overseas and then moved to the United States, was not a citizen of the United States by birth.

Interesting point. I was born in 56, and I distinctly remember how wild things were from about 1966 until the end of the Viet Nam war, and Nixons resignation. It was just crazy then, 24/7. Being a young teen for much of that time, I just thought it was normal to live in interesting times, as the old Chinese proverb goes. I'm a little bit older than you and remember a bit of the relatively quiet times that preceded. This nation today is nothing like it was then -- some changes were good, many were bad. I did not like the "interesting times."
