Even if 90% of the business in Lhasa were owned by Han-Chiense ,it could not prove that the poverty of TIbetan were caused by the immigrant of Han-Chinese.

Han-Chinese are always are good at business.
As we see ,Han-Chinese also owns most buniess in most Indonisa ,Philips and Malaysia,although they are suppressed politically .
