Would you have voted to confirm her? That is what I asked.

For what it is worth, I can say emphatically NO I would not have voted to confirm her.

This is the stuff about politicians that is so disturbing. Conservative Senators voting to confirm ultra liberal judges. Back room deals abound.

You are apparently OK with that sort of thing, and I am not.

Fine you would have voted against confirming her. I sided with the other 53 US Senate Republicans in confirming.

That issue only would not be deciding factor on who I voted this election year.
