Perhaps it is not collusion as you say, but simple payback for Romney running negative ads against other candidates. While you may not like McCain or Huckabee, you can understand why they didn’t like all the negative ads being run against them.
In politics payback can be a b*itch.
George Soros.
As Senator McCain is destined to find out in November...
he didn't run negative ads against them. Romney told the truth about them...it just seemed negative. Truth hurts.

It's rare to see a candidate be as clumsily hypocritical as Mike Huckabee was yesterday. At a press conference, he complained bitterly about attack ads from the Romney campaign, and said that his campaign had prepared countering attack ads, but wasn't going to run them, because that would be wrong.
Then he proceeded to show his attack ad to the journalists, thereby ensuring that it would be seen online, talked about on the news, and spread far and wide free of charge.
WASHINGTONRepublican presidential hopeful Mike Huckabee, an ordained Southern Baptist minister, asks in an upcoming article, "Don't Mormons believe that Jesus and the devil are brothers?" The article, to be published in Sunday's New York Times Magazine, says Huckabee asked the question after saying he believes Mormonism is a religion but doesn't know much about it.
On that one, not only did Huckabee attack, he attacked Romney's religion, which makes it a personal attack.
This delegate situation in WV is just dishonest. How can you defend that? You denigrate Reagan's name by doing so.
>Romney running negative ads
Haven’t seen them. Do they simply state John McCain’s record?
It ain’t negative if it’s true. What’s worse Romney says “Huck raised taxes” which is true, or Huck saying (by proxy) “Fred Thompson isn’t pro-life”?
Negative my a$$.
I guess I never considered ads touting an opponents own record as negative campaigning unless that opponent is ashamed of said record. That is so Clintonian, “I can say or do anything I need to win, but if you tell the people the truth about me that is negative campaigning.”
