Actually, that is a lie.
All you have to do is listen to their shows for a week to know EMPHATICALLY how they feel about Reagan.
They Love him and Revere him as the Great Communicator.
But nice try at smearing Reagan to make an excuse for your FAUX-conservative of a candidate.

Between 20/20 hindsight and historical revisionism, some folks might chose to ignore the past to make a certain GOP candidate look better. With signs of Ann Coulter off her Meds, anything is possible for her. Not Rush or Ingraham. Sean Vannity could have a serious brain fart and lose all self-control, but I think he still holds deep respect for Reagan.
For the most part, Reagan made a few bad decisions as Governor, but quickly learned from those mistakes. Reagan wasn't prone to repeating an error adn he never sold out conservatism.
