I’ve heard Brit’s fun to be with if you get her separated from her genuine blow-molded-in-China plastic banana Hollywood lifestyle.
The cure for her is to spend a few years as a for-real castaway on some remote South Pacific atoll .

Afternoon! Tom was injured skiing, and Patrick lost his shoes, and our viola player has the crud, so we had a small group for church this afternoon. I’ll have to take Tom to the doctor tomorrow if he’s not improving.
How are you?

I’m probably not on the injured list...
Or MIA anything but brains.
Tom’s injury is exactly why I’ve never wanted to learn to ski...

He fell getting down from the ski lift and wrenched his knee. We’ll see how he’s doing tomorrow after resting today.
And we found Pat’s shoes!

Yeah, same here, I never did either, even when I lived up north.

Igor and I were riding bike one day, and he was in front of me. We were supposed to make a right turn and he cut in front of me.
I hit his back wheel just before I flew over the handlebars. I had to go to the doctor almost immediately, because of the swelling, and he checked to see how bad the damage was...
When he started getting arterial blood from my knee, I decided my bike-riding days with Igor were extremely limited.
These days, I do nothing that will wrench any part of my body. Of course, doing my own bone-density test with partical board is another matter....

I went to school in Salt Lake City for a few years, and there was a ski club at school. I had no desire to join.

Yepper. Boys are that way. My son was really clumsy from the time he turned 14, and we had to buy new shoes for him every six months for three years...his feet grew but the rest of him didn’t.
He went into the army before he had reached his full growth.

I was careful on my bike, I only had one accident. After that, both my parents had to hold me down while they cleaned my cuts and scrapes out with peroxide.

By the time I was 5, NO one touched my cuts and scrapes but me. My mother supervised, but I wouldn’t let her touch me.
