Then maybe Brattleboro should take their case to a higher judiciary, the Food Court.

Sounds to me more like a case for Judge Judy's TV court. She has about as much actual authority to judge a sitting President as the Brattleboro town council does.

Actually more authority, I think the people who go before those TV judges agree in writing to abide by the court's orders. But a of course president has no such obligation to a panel of old semi-senile flower children such as those who probably make up this whacko town council.
