I see that the Nutroots have compelled the Democrats in Nevada to cancel a candidate forum to be moderated and carried by the FOX network. The Left is ecstatic about their effect on the Democrats. The Right is predictably disdainful and is reproaching the Democrats for bowing to the radical left.
While I would like to join the chorus of those ridiculing the Dems for boycotting FOX, Im not going to.
The fact is, I think its not a bad idea. I have been wishing that Republicans and those on the Right would stop appearing on the alphabet networks as well as CNN, NPR, et al. If I had my way, calls from the NY Times, Washington Post, LA Times, Time, Newsweek and the Washington Bureau of the Wall Street Journal would not be answered.

The biggest losers of this boycott are the voters.
FOX -- The Anne Nicole network
The Nutroots have a lot in common with Nazi's, KKK and communist in every stripe. Given the chance they would misconstrue the First Amendment to only apply to their brotherhood. And they would do the same to the rest of the Bill of Rights and the rest of The Constitution until they they are empowered to replace it all with manifesto.
Wait a minute. If we don't watch Fox News, how are we going to know which girls have been raped, murdered, kidnapped, overdosed or stripped naked?
I am not at all sure that televised debates are very useful or informative.
I don't watch much TV. I do watch Brit Hume's nightly show which really did not have much about this subject. Do you mean to say that poor Anne was neglected on other networks?
That may be, but the Democrats have every right to decide not to appear on FOX. I just wish that our side had similar principles and refused to support what Rush calls "The Drive By Media."
There seems to be a market for that.
By the way, how come you know so much about this? You would not be watching these shows, would you? (grin)
My argument is that we no longer need the Drive By Media to communicate. We have our own media and it is very popular.
Fox over plays these stories.

I'm in the same boat. If it isn't on with Brit or, FR, I generally don't know about it, and don't want to know.
This is where is get most of my information today.

There are several was to hear it.
Sure Fox devotes plenty of coverage to gossipy stuff like Anna Nicole, but is there really a better outlet on TV for conservative viewers? Definitely not. We can gripe about little things related to Fox coverage, but the bottom line is it's still the best network for conservatives.
CNN has Glenn Beck and they just hired Tom Delay. CNN is starting to see that money isn't on the other side.
It not the site is the radio program. I listen to it going to work on weekdays on XM. You can also pod cast.
