We have an interesting show on Control Congress tomorrow. We will be having "Liberal Don" on as a guest. He wants to talk about Al Gore! LOL!
I figured us FREEPers would like to have the opportunity to aid in "show prep."
This thread could be quite useful for callers to use in challenging Lib Don-

well we just have a different approach, I guess...
I like giving air time to debate with liberal, commie, socialists......exposing them is a good thing to me...
you say it makes no difference....I think it does...a cheerleading session each week gets us no where...no one learns anything when everyone in the discussion agrees...
I'm going to try to remember to try it out.

I understand, but I think a Conservative talk show does not do that, but fine toons strategy, philosophy and the tactics that conservatives believe in.
Converting liberals is a waste of time. We must get our own house in order first, and clearly, we have not yet done that.

honestly...it is embarassing that conservatives get so uptight about giving the libs a voice....then conservatives turn around and blast the libs for not letting conservatives speak at Universities, etc....
We are better than that.. and they have nothing to say that we cannot counter...

this is not my show.. it is John's show.
I am blessed to have this opportunity...
he chose me because I have a sharp and sarcastic tongue...I do my homework...and I can be funny, or smart...
I argued against this guest...but the bottom line is that the show is about changing congress....period...
the fact is that the DC gang is a bunch of phonies...ALL OF THEM...
THEY get on the floor, or in front of a camera and they spin...then they leave the rest of America fighting...we fight the battle FOR THEM...all the while- they dine together.. play tennis together...etc...
it is all thatrics to them...none of this is a hill of beans to them...
they play the role on the camera and then laugh at us..shaking hands and saying "may the best man win" while WE tear each other to shreds making THEIR CASE for them....
it is a sham the whole way down...
this show is about exposing it...
there is NO HOPE of turning the tide until WE- get this through our thick heads and start truly demanding change instead of sticking to pary lines...
as long as we stick to pary lines..the libs win all the way...the lib view is bigger and more gov't and everyone in DC is exactly FOR THAT!
Well, kcord. In order for me to have listened to your show, I would've had to get up before 11. Today I slept and slept til noon.
I will shoot for next week.
