The second Spanish teacher referenced above that I had turned out to be a maniac as well. He was a substitute teacher but since he was teaching our class full time, thought he should get the pay of a regular teacher. Almost the entire class period for several weeks consisted of him pacing back and forth cursing out the school administration for not paying him more. One day, the school PA came on and told our teacher to IMMEDIATELY report to the principal's office. We never saw him again.

My daughter had a Spanish teacher from Panama who was the same as your Spanish teacher. Very thin skinned and she (and Panama) were always being insulted (in her mind) by parents student and the school. She lived in a constant state of outrage. Not a very good teacher either.

I like your explanation better than any of the political theories I have seen about Pelosi's behavior. "FLAT OUT NUTS" seems to explain everything, plus it is easy to understand.

The added benefit of this explanation is that we can enjoy watching her with interest because there is no way to predict what she will do. I look forward to the media apologists trying to offer up rational explanations for FLAT OUT NUTS behavior.

As a retired teacher, it doesn't surprise me this sub was allowed to teach for several weeks AND get paid for airing his personal views--so much of teaching has been overrun by liberals, it's such a shame, and it's run off a lot of really good teachers (not bragging, but myself included).

I had a wacko Spanish teacher who perceived all sorts of minor slights she was receiving from both the school and society in general. She never ceased blabbering about how horrible the USA was and how WONDERFUL Fidel's Cuba was in comparison. . . . Anyway, we students kept telling her that if she thought things were so great in Cuba then maybe she should move there. Guess what? That is exactly what she did.

And the name of that teacher was . . . DUmmie IndianaGreen.
