Well, depends on where in that house he was in relation to the bomb. If the bomb went off a couple walls from him [say, he was in the outhouse], he would be hit and killed by the flying chunks of collapsing walls. If these chunks were large [i.e. relatively few in number], there would have to be significant parts of him left more or less intact. If the bomb went off within few feet of him then it would be another matter.
