Every time someone throws this at you, repeat the first seven words. "The US Government has made NO determination". Then tell them that no does not mean the government has made a negative determination, but has made NO determination.

Ironic that the people who hate the US government, are the same ones who refuse to acknowledge documents unless they are authenticated by the US Government (which they hate).
