Is the document quoted on yahoo somehow related to the recent times article where they quote Saddam as telling his deputies, who had been counting on wmds, that there really were none, that none existed? That would be the same article that O'Reilly keeps quoting too. He constantly keeps repeating that 'even Saddam's deputies/lieutenants were shocked to find out there really were NO wmds.

But it is not good. Even with the links coming out about the ties between Saddam and AQ, the chant will be ... but there were no WMDs! Bush lied!
It is well known that Saddam's surrounded himself with circles within circles of trusted advisors. There were only a handful of people who he acknowledged WMD with. For an excellent example of this read find and read the following document ISGQ-2003-M0004665 . Saddam begins a frank and honest discussion that moves from geopolitics to WMD and sanctions. Present are Male 1-Saddam, Male 2-Tariq, Male 3-Unknown). Then halfway through the meeting, Males 4,5,6 join and the entire discussion changes. With Male 4,5,6 present, nonone admits that WMD were made. Here are some examples from the WMD admissions in the 'open' part of the discussion.

Saddam had already allowed the Rusians to move the WMDs out of Iraq because their existence would have proven Russian complicity in Saddam's acquisition of same ... well beyond our own supplying him in the eighties.
