A former U.S. Army corporal who served in Iraq shortly after the fall of Baghdad in 2003 until the Summer of 2004 has published a book called "American, Interrupted." More importantly, he recently published two videos on his website depicting European weapons and NBC equipment. In one video, the "Made in France" stamp can be clearly seen inside an Iraqi heavy tank. Another video shows Italian mines, German chemicals, and German NBC equipment at an officers college in Baghdad. Video also shows medical supplies captured by Muqtadr Al-Sadr's militias that were intended for Iraqi hospitals. Video can be seen for free at http://www.american-interrupted.com/pages/video/video_index.htm

Doesn't surprise me in the least. A little deal here, a little there and eventually Saddam has a nice pile of weapons.

good catch, I missed that. If the topic wasn't so relevant it might get a blogPimp label. IMO this is too important and needs to be bumped alot.
P.S. - BUMP!

I saw one picture of a captured weapons cache and lying on the top of the pile of rusted AKs was a state of the art Fabrique Nationale P90 complete with suppressor.
The jihadis are getting equipped by our 'allies' in Europe.

For this civilian, please explain "NBC". I associate that acronym with "Nothing But Crap" aka the third Mainstream Media Network. Thanks.

Saddam's arsenal was 60% that of the US arsenal. That is a lot of stuff. Gotta buy it someplace.

The Stockholm International Peace Institute graphed where Iraq got all its weapons over the past three decades. The United States provided 1% of total weapons. The USSR came in first with over 50%.

Well I think we knew that France and Russia were making money selling stuff to Iraq. Visual proof is nice. I take it the corporal is not planning to stay in for his 20?
