Did you see the Nomination Description: "Rear Adm. (lh) Mark A. Hugel, in the Navy, to be Rear Admiral"?!

Just to explain:
There are two ranks of Rear Admiral, Rear Admiral(Lower Half) and Rear Admiral(Upper Half).
"Lower Half" is equivalent to a one star general, "Upper Half" is equivalent to a two star general.
Note the "(lh)".
Now you know.

I alway though the "dreaded Rear Admiral" was an atomic wedgie...close akin to a Melvin?????
