No surprise here, Hillary Clinton released a statement confirming that she will vote no on John Roberts for Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. What I find interesting is her reasoning behind her no vote.
According to a statement released by Hill, "I have an obligation to my constituents to make sure that I cast my vote for Chief Justice of the United States for someone I am convinced will be steadfast in protecting fundamental women's rights, civil rights, privacy rights, and who will respect the appropriate separation of powers among the three branches. After the Judiciary Hearings, I believe the record on these matters has been left unclear."

Hillary is taking advantage of the hurricane coverage to try and slip her "no" vote past the moderates and the not so liberal democrats.

3) I hearby support NAMBLA and whatever they want to do in the name of "privacy";
4) I support the Supreme Court's "duty" by judicial fiat to overturn and/or supercede the will of the stupid people via it's archaic system of duly electing representatives to do so."
5) We must ignore and ridicule yesterday's Constitution and amend it, as it also is an archaic instrument of old-fashion tradition and thereby non-applicable to today's high-minded "progressiveness."

Apparently Hillary was in rare form at the Black Caucus...her voice became more shrill as she talked on. This woman is a total nightmare and we can only hope that Americans of all kinds are tuned in before she runs for the White House. Her votes are predictable.
