On the “To Do” List for Democrats: Impeach Bush

Having lost badly in this new century’s elections, Democrats are now sounding the alarm for impeachment proceedings against President Bush. If the word “impeachment” were not so serious in its intent, one is tempted to laugh out loud, and I will assume that many did.

But this is today’s Democratic Party, where its DNC chairman Howard Dean says that Republicans “never made an honest living in their lives,” the Senate minority leader, Harry Reid (D, NV), calls a sitting president a “loser,” and the House minority leader, Nancy Pelosi (D, CA), equated America as a modern-day war machine when she said “America must be a light to the world, not just a missile.”

So should anyone truly be surprised to hear the “I” word finally make the rounds? The mainstream media have so far held off on any serious coverage, but that may change quickly if the blogosphere has anything to say about it.

The usual muckrakers of the left are in high gear. Websites like the Daily Kos, Democratic Underground, and liberal iconoclast Michael Moore’s website are all salivating over the prospect of doing the one thing that seemingly propels their existence: finally defeating Bush.

That is an understatement. It is so bad, they have no idea how bad they look to the normal, healthy, real American world!!

How the Left plans to impeach Bush (call to action) -- The Dems want to use the already disproven memo that supposedly shows that Bush intentionally faked intelligence info to start the war in Iraq.
This is just further evidence that the attack on GW back durring the election by CBS was a Democrat scheme - and they are dumb enough to try it again.
Downing Street Memo Impeachment Rumblings a Joke (Even Salon.com admits this) -- Does it even occur to them that Cheney takes over if they can  pull this off?

British memo: Bush bent data to fit Iraq policy -- Another memo was fake. Of course Knight Ridder leaves out large chucks of alleged memo and the background behind it.

IMPEACHMENT TIME: "FACTS WERE FIXED." -- Perhaps this is also a good time to point out to the morons on the left that the word "fixed" when spoken/written by an educated Brit doesn't mean "manipulated".
The literal definition of fixed: To determine with accuracy; ascertain.
It should be noted that downingstreetmemo.com was put together by a bunch of Daily Kos readers....and is linked to by the DNC website.
I just thought I'd point that out since they claim to be nonpartisan.

John Kerry to call for impeachment of George Bush (Al-Jazeera is loving this) -- I have a little blurb here that I got earlier today from another website. We're already seeing rumblings of the next big thing for the Democratic Party. It's impeachment. Let me count them: one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten different web links that you can click on and find impeachment websites or petitions for people to sign. Now, they're kooks. They're kook sites but, hey, who is dictating things to the Democratic Party these days? They're kooks. I told you before last year's election, "If Bush wins this, keep a sharp eye. They'll start on impeachment,"
