It's' an estimate of cost of services-- FYI, it is not a bill.

The only real question I think I have at this point is how much $$ did they raise? (but I know a lot of you will have other questions still).

Well, it just seems like every time the Andyites produce "proof," there's more and more questions.

It used to be--oh so long ago now--there were only three or four questions.

Then there were twenty or thirty questions.

I really hate to tell how many questions there are now, other than that it's a very large number.

Maybe it's just the way I read it..."our office has contacted you in regards to payment" and "Our records indicate that you have no insurance".

Just looks like he hasn't paid anything to me. I could be wrong, though.
