I would guess that he wanted nothing done with the information. It was just a veiled threat Bev. A common tactic of thugs and charlatans. Used to use it myself when I was dealing weed and before prison. Nothing will shake a person than having someone mention their family. He put it out there because he was sure, you or someone else from here would see it.

Also, notice how it was not taken down until they were sure we knew about it? That way the we would be threatened also. Don't doubt it, they are going to come after a few people. Everyone, watch your back. I am getting hang-ups on the phone now.

I'm not capturing the CU threads...very difficult format. I can reconsider this at some point.

The guy supposedly just had surgery for pc, the Whipple procedure, and he's up and around like it wasn't a big deal. If he indeed had surgery, it was probably nothing more than a bad gall bladder.

it would've had to stay up long enough to be spidered by the wayback machine prowler, which is extremely doubtful. There is a miniscule chance that the site was getting prowled at the time, and the thred just happened to get captured, but highly doubtful. Usually the wayback makes prowls about once a quarter, and they never catch everything when the do it...

Oh look here is a link to the story. ***************(posts a story by an unknown "reporter" that was incorrect, then makes fun of my husband and I for our habit of tithing and our child's Christian faith) I wonder if tithes rectify this sort of behavior....or if only penence does? But perhaps since these were the actions of a "god fearing ***** (identifies gender)" all is forgiven? Termite really hates being called lazy BTW and there is more on that story later.

DU mods chose not to do anything about this thread until I posted the problem on Free Republic. After they deleted it, Pitt came in and pretended the thread never existed (9 hours and 37 replies later).

Now, since the teenage incident was posted here at FR: Between my husband and I, we have raised four teenagers and looked after three foster children. There was an incident, which was reported incorrectly in the gay press. One of our children, while a teenager, was in a very opinionated phase with his personal Christian beliefs. He showed poor judgement and for some reason got into a shouting match with an employee of a gay church -- not desecration of a sanctuary, but shouting. Very stupid. Our child was cited for disturbing the peace, not desecrating anything, though it was incorrectly reported in the gay press as such. We let the police scare the heck out of our child to teach a tough lesson.

The charges were later expunged, after our child did community service. It seems that because of my notariety, it still needs to be bandied about the Internet, even though it has nothing to do with my work.

I challenge any parent to raise a lot of teenagers without incident. We are very proud of our children, and they have all turned out to be nice, responsible, considerate individuals.
