Pitt in particular and this badboy person are both completely ignoring my questions about the checks and the authenticity of the cashiers checks.

"Gruntled" tried to answer but I shot him down and he's moved on.

They are ignoring the quesitons about the Cashiers Checks and whether they are legit or not.

They have also avoided the "hot check" and the alleged $10K check Scamdy had in his wallet "just in case".

I have also been told that Pitt has "company" at his house...any bets on whether it's $kimmer and Scamdy helping him with his answers?

I tried to get that across and got "we should drop the phone issue" Hrumph!

Nonlinear made an excellent point about the "documents" haveing the name of the hospital misspelled by an employee!

When did Andy enter Johns Hopkins? The date on the document says 4-20-05 when it was written up.

There's a post from Scamdy where he said he was still groggy but he thought he'd post anyway.

How can you do that if you've just come from major surgery much less ICU?

If he'd jsut been subjected to this major operation...why was his very first thought to post to the internet?

Where were the doctors and nurses he shelled outhis 50K for telling him to stay in bed and rest?

Why is the date of the Johns Hopkins diagnosis of pancreatic cancer 4-20-05? I thought Andy entered Johns Hopkins in early May.

"Months ago. But given that they could not properly biopsy, they did not know exactly what they were looking at. But they were sure it was a cancerous mass."

Andy was diagnosed months ago with Pancreatic cancer. If they couldn't biopsy, they would have scheduled surgery immediately. You don't wait months for cancer. Ridiculous!

If I recall wasn't there a post that said they didn't even get him into Johns Hopkins until the end of April (like April 28th). Nobody from Johns Hopkins had even seen him until them.

Allegedly bills from Johns Hopkins. No signatures on letter

One of the documents is a form application for financial assistance. Note that the person filing out the document has indicated that the diagnosis is 'NEW' and the date of diagnosis is 4/20/05.

Someone needs to point out that the money shills have been saying that he had pancreatic long before there was a diagnosis. I think that the Wa. Dr told him there was a chance of this and thats what they ran with, without a true diagnosis

Why did he get a bill for $50,000 stating "total due" on May 20th if he had already paid them $25,000 and then $7000 before when surgery was scheduled for earlier in the month?(lost checks found and supposedly cashed earlier in May)

More:

Will, I appreciate your coming here to answer questions. However, I still don't understand why nobody can seem to post a formal medical report that clearly diagnoses pancreatic cancer. What you've posted here is just a form with blanks that could be filled out by anyone in any way they wanted. There must be better proof of the diagnosis than a scrawled notation of "pancreatic" on a form. What about the operative report? Why is proving this diagnosis so difficult?--from CU "sergeant burke"

If you don't mind, can you ask what was raised at other sites? In addition to pay pal acct. He had funds sent to other pay centers, and to his PO box. Those are the two other things I remember.

"Apr-28-05 04:41 PM Sfexpat2000 starts the fund-raiser for Andy. One of our DUers was able, through her wonderfulness, to get Andy into Johns Hopkins. The surgery is set for early the second week of May. This is the best venue for Andy and it’s nothing short of miraculous that we’ve gotten this far. While we’re working to see if we can get a fee reduction, as of this minute, they want $25K up front. I wrestled with the finance department and that’s the best deal I could get. I need to check back in with the hospital TOMORROW. So, the clock is ticking and I need to raise this money. Andy’s surgery cannot be put off."

Doesn't that form state Apr. 20? They didn't get him in until later.

On April 20th, the day he was supposed to be having surgery in Seattle is the day one of the documents was written from John Hopkins. It appears no surgery was ever really scheduled in Washington either. We all know that no surgery was ever really scheduled for May 10th. I think the two documents make it worse.
