Forgot #3: There really is scheduled surgery, but it's not nearly as serious as he makes it out to be.
We'll see...
Regarding the scheduled surgery you mention, this does make sense to me. It also makes sense to me it's not nearly as serious as he says it is. By this, I take it you mean it's not really pancreatic cancer. IF he really is scamming people on this, it would explain why a facility in WA state would not have been suitable. There would be no need for donations if he used state facilities. Plus, the way it's set up now, he's already indicated that he'll need chemo, etc after the surgery. Now, one could assume that chemo could certainly be provided just as well in WA and anywhere else. A drug is a drug is a drug, and it's administered the same anywhere.
We'll have to see how he handles this next phase. I imagine the fundraising will continue. I just hope people realize he can get "the care needed" in WA following this operation.
I am a believer in Karma, which is why I haven't flat out said, it's all just a scam, but this sure doesn't seem right. At any rate, whatever is wrong with him (to include anything psychiatric, as in a propensity to ask people for money who may not be able to afford it and to play on their sympathies), well, I hope he gets that fixed somewhere along the line as well.
New surgical procedure: rectal intrusion.
