Oh no you shouldn't have asked..now we will have to see her picture, and all of us girls here feel so inferior...LOL
Someone much better-looking than most DUmmie women, although not nearly as aesthetic as Free Republic women.
You got me, madam.
<<suffering "information overload fatigue."
You are such the diplomat..LOL
<<unabashed teller-of-the-truth.
Always.
Well, I WAS going to post a picture of Petra for you. She is, of course, a model. But I didn't want to risk the possibility that I might accidentally pull up nude pictures of her in the middle of the office here, and I'm a woman who is not attracted to other women, so I'll leave that to the guys.
Oh I see. I think.
Interesting!
You know, I always wished I looked like Henry Luce, so that I could have Clare Booth Luce as my wife.
Wonderful woman, Clare Booth Luce (1903-1987).
Hmmmm....Alexa search (I hate google) is my friend.
This is very interesting. Makes me wonder about other things that have been happening today. I'm beginning to think somebody around here isn't giving us the fully story and I'm not sure who to trust anymore.
I haven't a clue who that is. And I'm not interested in finding out. What were the secrets? Could you PM them to me???????? Please???????????
Speed got two phone calls:
One which was from a supposed insider who was gonna turn to save themselves
One from Scamdy giving details of the biopsy implying some sort of pancreatic cancer.
One of these calls is at least partially false. If Scamdy had some sort of pancreatic cancer as he supposedly told Speed, then the caller wanting to bail was not truthful as there was no scam that could be prosecuted. If the insider who was going to turn told the truth, then Scamdy is making false statements about the diagnosis.
Simple logic
Unless you know them in person, usually it's a good idea to trust no one.
In here, one has to take everyone at "word"-value.
But hey, when it's all said-and-done, all over with, we'll all know who had been worthy of trust.
You know who I've always found wife-worthy. Donna Reed. Maybe it was It's a Wonderful Life, and her TV show (I don't know what she was like in real life), but she always seemed like a jewel.
I used to know some guy who went into chat rooms for some really sexy hot talk with "women." I put "women" in quotes since I heard that at least half those "women" are really homos who enjoy talking that way with men. When I told my friend that maybe half the "women" he is chatting with are probably really gay guys, he paused a moment, and told me he could live with those odds. Bizarre!
I agree.
But it's still too early to "call."
And it doesn't help that the Grand DUmmie "Skinner" shut everybody up in DUmmieland.
Go Cardinals.
HAH!
While I was reading your post I kept thinking of the Aerosmith video for "Sweet Emotion"...the guy's on one of those sex talk lines with what SOUNDS like a really hot, young thing. But when they hang up, you see that she's really middle-aged, fat, hair in curlers, ratty bathrobe, ironing while she talks, rugrats pulling at her robe.
Her, you mean? :-)
When I was a little kid, I saw an old black-and-white photograph of Clare Booth Luce, and immediately thought, despite my rather young youth, "aha, that's the sort of woman I want."
I've looked all over, but I've never found a woman even close to the qualities of Clare Booth Luce.
