Cynthia Tucker takes her best shot in her Atlanta Journal Editorial to paint the California Supreme Court Justice as an activist radical judge. Here are her arguments:
and Brown's stand on the public education system:
"The public school system is already so beleaguered by bureaucracy; so cowed by the demands of due process; so overwhelmed with faddish curricula that its educational purpose is almost an afterthought."
This is just another in a long list of conservative African Americans being tarnished for straying off of the black Democrat's liberal plantation.........

IO think it is worth observing that appellate judges sit on panels of several judges. Saying that their views are too extreme means that we are willing to restrict the range of thought on those panels, artificially.
