IO think it is worth observing that appellate judges sit on panels of several judges. Saying that their views are too extreme means that we are willing to restrict the range of thought on those panels, artificially.

I try to avoid reading Cynthia Tucker's columns as they are one of just a few things which raise my blood pressure.
I actually began penning a response, when I remembered that democrats cannot be swayed from their outrageous deceitful opinions with logic, correction or truth.
If I live long enough, I may see a change from the left, from age, life experience and maturity. Wishful thinking I know, but there's nothing so scary as an aged liberal, still spouting the immature opinions of their youth.

You come to FreeRepublic to post your articles in excerpted form so that one will have to go to your site to read them.... Why not at least post a link of FReerepublic on your site as a courtesy?...
