What legal products will be next?

Good point! After all, as far as I know cigarettes are still legal, aren't they? If not, why are they still available? If not, why is their method of sale being regulated over and above other on-line/mail-order legal items?

Online gaming is forced to use a third party to get around the "Agreement" by major credit card companies to make it harder to gamble.
