The Constitution of the United States, Art. III, defines treason against the United States to consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid or comfort. This offence is punished with death. By the same article of the Constitution, no person shall be convicted of treason, unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.</>

I cannot believe that in the U.S. today we no longer believe in Treason.

John Kerry's picture can hang in a hall in Vietnam, truly a man who gave aid and comfort to the enemy and continues to do so even today.

Baghdad Jim McDermott Rep Wa is truly a traitor who gave aid and comfort to the enemy on the eve of the Iraq war

Patty Murray Senator from Wa who gave a speech to High School Seniors stating that "We just don't understand Osama Bin Laden he built schools and Day care centers in Afghanistan how bad can he be"?

All of these people have provided aid and comfort to the enemy and should be arrested and tried for treason. It disgusts me that we even allow them to hold political office and we should support every effort to defeat them before it is too late!

OK, I am tired at this point have been traveling much of the day visiting family. But I'll give it a shot.

1) At the point when JFK meet with the North Vietnam delegation in Paris (1973) the nation was so tramatized by what had been going on, much of the MSM we must remember had been bombarding the American public with nothing but bad news......hmmmmmmmm. MSM did an excellant job of hudwinking the nation into believing not only that the war could not be won, but to a large degree that we where fighting an unjust war against a peoples that really only wanted peace (yea.......they invaded their lower half and tried to enslave them under communism. To a degree, BUT BE VERY CAREFUL, the MSM did report accurately about the stagnant conditions the war had assumed.
But reader do understand that it was Johnson's administration for the most part that refused for many reasons to allow our military to swifly wipe out the Vietcong. They where not allowed to apply the power we possesed to force the VNAM to a point of total surrender.
This is fact, well documented for many years. So without having to write perhaps 20 long pages on just why this came to pass, please accept it as the truth.

2) Now with the conditions set forth in item 1....the American people came to the point where they where convinced that the war could not be won and that we where wasting our precious sons in something that would not bare the fruits as in previous wars. That is victory followed by fair and generouse support to rebuild the vanquished foe and establish a democracy for there peoples. Many Americans including MUCH OF THE DEMOCRATE CONTROLLED CONGRESS sank to this low point.

3) Finally Richard Nixon was sworn in as you are aware, and told the military to revise their way of fighting the war.
He gave them permission to win it by kicking the shit out of the enemy, by bombing the capital, other startegic cities, cutting off by using airpower any weapons and supplies of war from coming in from Russian and China, and
mining their key port of entry in Haiphong harbor. In short kick the hell out of them. The obviouse result is that the NVAM came back to the peace table! And the rest is history.

4) Now with this terribly short intro as to where the war stood during 1970 -1973 period reaching a point where Nixon said win it the way you where train to do it. We get to the point where I will attempt to provide an answer to your question.

5) When JFK sat at those Senate hearings on the supposed war attrocities etc., the nation was fed up with war. The congress was fed up with war and most where probably quite
sick with the failed policies on conducting that war that Johnson was responsible for. With the constant and relentless none stop pounding form the press that the war was unjust etc., they where in no condition (bunch of mealy mouth.......and trying to stay in office since their constituencies wanted out of the war at that point), simply
and politely choose not to bring up the issue that John Kerry a still active reserve Naval officer had committed acts of treason based on the 14th amendment article 3 of our Constitution as well as being in violation of a few articles contained in the United State's Military Code of Justice relating to treason. All based on his willingful
meetings in Paris with an enemy our country was at war with, giving them aid and comfort, by making speeches that contained wording to the effect that he and many of his fellow officers and enlisted men had performed war crimes against the country of North Vietname.
6) The congress on that committe just did not have the courage, resolution to recognize what he had been up to, and in violaton of laws of our land that indicated he commited treason. They simply left him off the hook. Many peoples minds where quite screwed up at that point and to try to bring charges agaist him would have put them on the spot. Since it was clear that congress and the administration where the ones at fault not just Kerry. The MSM keeped the pressures on to a degree where they simply cut the heart out of anyone that might had they the courage to speak up, been able to make a valid case against this person leading up to having at least two witnesses accuse him of treason, then allow the Attorney General to bring formal charges against the accused. And also perhaps jointly allow the DOD/Navy Adjutant General to perform a similiar function regarding Kerry's violations of the UCMJ
articles. They just let him off the hook.
In the aftermath,after he started to distance himself from the communist operated Vetnam Veterans Against the War, he
had his buddy Teddy hickup Kennedy work in his behalf to get him elected to office. At that point the war was over.
People just wanted to put it behind them. No one such as recently with the Swift Boat group had any desire to point the finger at anyone. So Big John Kerry realizing all along that he is blessed with a special charm to wiggle out of tight situationw where another would fail, started his illustrious path towards the presidency. All was forgiven, but not those that served with him, nor those that where in the Hanoi Hilton and other prison camps and where brutilized often while having to hear this asshole say that they committed war crimes against the Vietnamize people via. tape recordings from those hearings......
Lastly, as his infamouse acts and associations with known communists and giving aid and comfort to the enemy.........
WE MUST THIS IS NOT BALONY BUT THE TRUTH BECAUSE the Vietnam General wrote a book and made it clear that they where about to collapse and only had the war end because of all the ANTI-WAR PACIFITS in the USA gave them hope to continue to the end, figuring rightly that the USA would defeat itself and allow them off the hook in time......
became widespread known throughout the military ranks, the history of his war crimes have left a deep hatred from his
fellows in arms. They would remember and not let his treason go un-forgotten in their hearts. And they would not allow themselves to forget he BETRAYRED THEM. He also
dis-honored them by falsehood.
So gentle reader I hope I have at least partially provided a satisfactoy answer for you. Sorry for the run on words, I really am tired. 300 miles of driving, family dinner etc. has weakend my brain a bit.

Yes, and to so many others that either don't have their
heads screwed on right (hee hee ha.....right,left...booo),
or deliberatly for perhaps reasons totally unknown choose
to prefer slavery and loss of freedom, go about their ways
in various un-holy and deviouse manners in order to bring down the world's bastion of liberty and freedom for all, and transform it into a slave station for those that seek ultimate power.
Freedom is so PRECIOUS. May there be enough of us who care,with the Almighty Lords' permission and help continue to try our best to informed those that are capable of seeing a balance and fair position as apposed to a very closed one sided position see the differences.
We must always be carefull to realize that to often those on the left hand side of the isle have simply not been provided the opportunities to be able to view both sides of the isle.
But let us choose to take the course that attempts to lead to hormony with our often ill-informed and historically depleted apponents. Let more of our side, whether young or old become more engaged in learning more about history, and what it shows us to be repeated forms of digression from the truth as related to how a democracy can and often does
provide peoples with a better and more balanced way of life.
A factual, well presented argument can often awaken the desire in others to at least examine our case. A slap in the face and insults often create the opposite hoped result.
We guys and gals on the right and those in the middle on various issues have a tough job to perform. Let each of us to pray to our Creator for aid in presenting viewpoints that can actually awaken those on the left to realize we must might be right (no pun intended), on many issues.
I for one sense that this site as others that attempt to champion the views held by the conservative right, often end up taking on the very type behavior we accuse our opposite of of doing. Ravings, and stupid statements lead far from what should be made. We should want those trolls and those seeking information, to view our opinions with a form of respect dispite their often cloged minds, to do so.
Let them see us as both civil and careing, and not frustrated raving lunatics. Many of them well grounded in liberalism only to well know that their training enables them to piss off and frustrate those on the right, much like a clever little child can play one parent against another, totally frustrating their parents, with the end result the child get's their way. A perhaps pedanic example, but hopefully makes the point. In closing, I do not wish to lecture, simply want to make a point of opinion.
