Odd, I don't see some of those links there now.
I've seen one or two articles posted from STR in the past which have been quite interesting. More so, than stuff from Anti-war which used to be something of a staple here.
Do you remember what the STR article was that you pulled?

There were three over a period of three days. Two of them were by SARTRE, who Jim had banned from here regardless. I cannot remember what the third was, but it was one which caused me to go and look at where it came from, where I saw all the leftist links and the link back to
The Memory Hole in particular (as a Partner Site, no less).
Take a gander at that Memory Hole site. It is the antithesis of conservatism.

Antiwar.com was never mainstream here, but it was tolerated, Just as Raimondo's "sexual proclivities" were tolerated.
Having said that, it appears to me that the Powers That Be at this website decided to distance themselves from antiwar.com after 9/11 because of what was perceived as "bizarre stuff" that site posted.
But the opinions at antiwar.com haves never been mainstream at FR.
I'm not giving an opinion of either site - justt calling it as I see it.
