It is your religion that advocates people being forgiven sins by a mere word. Yet again you prove your ignorance of the Faith. Forgiveness does not negate personal responsibility. Consequence exist and repentances includes amends.

Forgiveness does not negate personal responsibility. So the dogma of Supreme Unction and Last Rites are no longer used? The whole "Christ died to forgive our sins" is what? Accepting responsibility? What was Mary Magdelene's pennance?
