No... Why would you ask me such a stupid question? It bears no resemblance to anything I (or others) wrote, other than the fact that I too used the word "phylum".

Here's the original statement from the talkorigins "predictions of evolution" section:

[Based solely on the theory of common descent and the genetics of known organisms, we strongly predict that we will never find any modern species from known phyla on this Earth with a foreign, non-nucleic acid genetic material. We also make the strong prediction that all newly discovered species that belong to the known phyla will use the "standard genetic code" or a close derivative thereof.]
This speaks of known and yet-to-be-discovered species within "known phyla", and predicts that when examined, each will be found to use the "standard" genetic code throughout(instead of some batch of special genetic code that God decided to use in part of, say, the platypus which is unlike all the rest).

Nothing in there remotely resembles your bizarre question.
