To answer for CC - YES, government is supposed to be a ministry.Don't look now, but your friend just said it wasn't the equivalent of ministry. Oops! (Didn't know President Bush was supposed to examine the spiritual walk of every person he appoints, and make sure it lines up with his own. This is all news to me.)

I have never posted to him or about him. I have never seen him as a poster. You should not make assumtions about people.
It is okay for each of us to have our own opinions

Are you saying it's just fine and dandy for sexual deviants to be given positions of power? And that over good loyal conservatives?
Why did the Christian guy get dumped by Bush after the homosexual lobby complained about him?
Plenty of Christian conservatives complained about Bush putting sexual deviants in high positions of power like he did.
Did Bush listen to the conservatives? Why not?

We still agreed on the point that was made, though we disagreed on the technicality. I believe government is *supposed* to be a ministry. Obviously it's no longer treated that way in our post-modern era.
