No. People who are innocent of the charge of pedophilia and raping a child do not pay 25 million.

It would be rationalizing, but understandable, for the dad to say, better to make Jackson pay this way and make sure my kid is going to have a secure future, than to make him go through a court proceeding that will tear him to pieces and doesn't guarantee any kind of compensation.I don't buy it. First...why do you say the kid would be torn to peices? Then so would Jackson right? Also, again...selfish to take money and run...without wanting to stop him from others....EVEN IF IT MEANT LOSING MONEY. SO you are saying the money is more important than stopping him and proving your accusations. Was there ever a lie detector test?

No. People who are innocent of the charge of pedophilia and raping a child do not pay 25 million. You cannot make this statement...there is no way you can prove this to always be true.

Sarah is right totally! As a father, he is more loving toward his son by guaranteeing his future with the money, making Michael pay ($25M was HUGE to him), and not letting his son get torn to pieces by the legal system. You don't get it. The system is designed to destroy the victims. The father was right.

I can guarantee you that Michael or Michael's "people" no doubt made specific threats to that boy and his family You can guarantee this? How?
Let's all be careful in judging motives before we know all the details (which we never will) or have walked in someone else's shoes.
Exactly.....that includes the kid and his parents..

Selfish? He was raped by the freak. He deserves to be compensated for the loss of his innocence and the emotional and physical damage that Jackson inflicted.

and not letting his son get torn to pieces by the legal system Yeah...poor kid...can't let him experience pain in life. Thank God alot of rape victims don't have your attitude and actually testify against their accusers. Talk about a tough trial.

Jael, Sungirl is clueless. But you're right. No need to say more. I hope she never has to experience the reality herself.

He was raped by the freak.Again...where's the solid proof?

No, innocent people don't pay 25 million dollars
Actually, even innocent companies pay up. Just ask Jesse Jackson...

"rent-a-wreck"??? We are to believe that jackson was at a rent-a-wreck in hoboville??? "Yes, my Mercedes is in the shop, might you have a 1969 Cutlass I may rent for the day?"
To: Jael
For all you know the lawsuit was total BS, extortion. So using the lawsuit doens't really mena much becuase it was dropped.

Innocent people don't pay off.Again..proof?

To: Sungirl
Yes, I can prove it to be true. There is not one case of an innocent man paying 25 million dollars to a child he did not rape.

The boy said so. The boy proved it. That's why Jackson paid the big bucks.

Nice evasive move....but no gain. I asked if there was ever a case where an innocent person paid off someone. I would lean towards 'yes'.

A lawsuit without merit would of been quickly proven to be so. But this one was quickly proven to be with merit and lot's of proof regarding the pedophilia and molesting by Jackson. So he paid off. He had to. 25 million.

No evading on my part. The proof is in the pudding. Jackson did it, so he paid off. Very simple. If he was innocent, he would of defended his honor.
