I think live video feeds are an excellent idea if they can get them shown. Most people don't see the effects of the invasion or either choose to ignore it. Putting it live in front of their faces could change some minds IMO.

This thing will come to a head at some point. How many more Americans have to die first is the question. Homeland security is a total joke as long as anyone can cross our borders at their convenience. At best these are all law breakers, at worst we are allowing more terrorists into the country and the border patrol sits helplessly by while it happens.

It is going to take a lot of light shed on this subject to get the powers that be in Washington to do anything about it.

Even if we solved the problem of illegal mexicans which would be relatively easy that would not remove the danger of terrorists crossing the border, or the drug traffickers.

Good article, I read the whole thing. I wonder just how many sitting here on FR at their keyboards would like to live under the conditions the ranchers on the border are living under.

I'd live under their conditions. The question is, how long would I stay out of prison? The states along the border allow Class III weapons - which I would carry and use. My property line would consist of triple stranded concertina wire and a long pungi filled trench, with signs in Spanish every 25 yards stating that to cross here meant your death. The first group to not heed that warning would meet that fate, and the legal hassles would start.

"Homeland Security" has nothing at all to do with illegal aliens,and everything to do with controlling American citizens.

They aren't going to do anything about it because illegal aliens are a tool they are using to destroy our sovereignty,and to create a new nation composed of Canada,the US,and Mexico. Of course,a new Constitution will be needed. It's about "Corporate Communism".

IMHO, enough light has been shed. The U.S. Government does not intend to do anything. The Ranchers need to proceed on their own, doing what is in their best interest, without attracting the attention of the media.
