Was that a formal declaration of war? There are many here who would disagree...It was an authorization for the use of force, consistent with the war powers act (which itself it unconstitutional, but that is a different issue).
That's just how they're gonna do it now (or rely on how it was done 12 years ago - I can't keep up). Why is he harping on the constiutionality of it with Iraq and not Afghanistan? (Non-rhetorical)
