During the campaign, Bush said he wanted a 1.3 trillion dollar tax cut, would restore dignity and honor to the white house, spend more on education, avoid partisan bickering, not make abortion an issue either way. This is what he said he would do and this is what he has done. I disagree with the education spending. But who do you want in the white house, gephart, dashale, hillary, gore ? It's Bush or one of those people and I will gladly, thankfully and enthusiastically take Bush.

What if Bush had been running as a democrat on the same agenda, I'll bet you wouldn't have voted for him against, say, Jack Kemp. You only voted for him because he was running as a republican, and that doesn't make him any better than anybody else. And that is why we have so many rinos in the congress.
