The other day Danielle's teacher said Danielle left early the Friday before the disappearance. Hadn't heard that before... remember when Damon slipped and referred to the "pizza from noon?" Do you think maybe Damon came home from lunch and told Brenda, "we need to get a way for awhile -- away from loan sharks, that is. Honey, pack the bags and get some passports. We're going to Italy!"

A last minute decision to take the wife and three children along on a business trip from San Diego to Italy would cost what? I'd guess around $10,000 for everything. Need to take the kids out of school, etc.
