ALso, I would have to ask...was damon concerned that the perp was amongst the searchers? If so, I bet that could have made him freakout and look spooky to people who met him. Don't you think everyone was a suspect to him for at least a little while? Think about it....his daughter is still missing and strangers were helping the search party. Anyone of them could have been the perp or the perps assistant. Did he wonder? Do engineers have analytical minds who "over" think things?

Dusek used the cheating example at playing cards to describe that evidence is looked at in its entirety and not picked at individually like those here have done which led them to erroneous conclusions. Dusek's example was apparently effective.

Apparently it was effective. That fact that the judge told the jury to look at each individual piece of evidence, and decide if each piece had merit, then look at the entirety of what was found valid, apparently was MISSED by the JURY and YOU.

DUSEK wanted the JURY to do as you say because only by looking at it as a whole, and ignoring flaws in the pieces, would it hold water. Much like the media's way of judging the case.

Yeah, I know. It's hard for anyone to be right when the JUDGE and DA and POLICE are allowed to lie and cheat.

The thing that makes me most angry is that we do not really know if DW actually killed Danielle or not. Picking one person, then finding/creating/falsifying evidence to justify having picked that person , instead of finding real evidence and having it lead to the person, has left me with no trust that the real killer has been apprehended. It turned into a show all about MONEY (media,PR TEAM) and POLITICAL GAIN. (DA and MUDD)

Greg obviously has an emotional passion about this case, and doesn't take no bs from anyone. But to assume that he gets is info from grace is an insult not necessary. :(

I dont have the exact testimony in front of me, but the gist of it was that either brenda or damon said layla had frequent nose bleeds..and some folks took that to believe that damon abused the dog. It is speculation as far as I know.

That idea that Damon abused the dog was speculation, based on the fact the Brenda and DAMON are CERTIFIED, UNDER OATH LIARS, so it is very hard to tell what is truth, what is not when they speak, and I have seen dogs ram their nose into many things and never bleed from it.

HOW hard would a dog have to be hit in the nose to cause it to 'bleed all over the place' as the VD's described it?

I will not reply further to any of Weston's insults, but I have pushed the abuse button and will continue to do so for every post that personally attacks or slanders me.

I disagree with you here. The investigators searched/printed Danielle's bedroom, took doors,etc with them. NOW, They didn't find ANY PRINTS of DANIELLE in her own darn bedroom. Not on the mirrors, not on the doors, NOTHING.

KNOW WHY?

Here is one reason. A person could take a print from her room, and transfer it to the MH. BUT, if prints from Danielle's room were entered on record, someone could prove that one of them and the one from the MH were IDENTICAL, thus planted. SO, the way to resolve that is tell everyone YOU DIDN'T FIND ANY PRINTS. Then they can't accuse you of using them to 'plant' in another location when you don't have a body to get them from.

Your statement, about the dog bed. It is all SPECULATION. You do not have one whiff of proof that the DOG CHEWED IT UP. Damon could have thrown it away because it had Daneille's blood all over it. It is just as possible, IS IT NOT ?

I have seen Greg's posts. The evidence SPEAKS for ITSELF. He repeats the same old tired lines over and over and insults people for no reason. He doesn't wish to discuss the issue. He doesn't want to learn anything. He knows it all because NASTY GRACE told him so. That he decides to pick on the DW/VD threads to stand on a soapbox spouting visages of TONS OF EVIDENCE, CHILD MOLESTING KILLER, makes me think he has a lot of self guilt and this is his way of hiding it.
