Identical twins who had sex with the same woman within four days of each other can’t know for sure who fathered her child, a UK court ruled recently.
Only one of the brothers can be listed on the birth certificate for the child, but right now it is “not possible” to confirm who the biological parent is, the Court of Appeals in London said, according to reports.
The baby’s mother and one of the twins sought court intervention to grant him parental responsibility after the other brother was registered as the tot’s father on the paperwork based on a past court ruling, the Guardian reported.

They did her “family” style.

Another of infinite reasons why sleeping around is destructive behavior, and not just to those directly involved in said behavior.
My dad was involved in a lawsuit for an insurance company where a guy was up on his car, putting a rope around his neck when his neighbor had come over and talked him out of it. While he was getting off the car, he fell and broke his neck and died. The insurance company argued that since he would have never been on top of the car unless he was suicidal, it should be ruled as a suicide and since the policy was under two years, the company shouldn’t have to pay. The court ruled it as a accidental death and the insurance company had to pay double.
That is a very strange ruling indeed!
But what do I know...
Yep, agreed. Unfortunately messing around is too much of a temptation for many to resist, but like you say, the reason God says not to is beczuse of all the damage it causes to everyone, not just the two involved in the acts.
