It is both apt and ironic that the anniversary of 9/11, which paved the way for the government to overthrow the Constitution, occurs the week before the anniversary of the day the U.S. Constitution was adopted on September 17, 1787.
All sides are still waging war on our constitutional freedoms, and “we the people” remain the biggest losers.
This year’s presidential election is no exception. […]
No matter who wins, the bureaucratic minions of the Security/Military Industrial Complex and its Police State/Deep State partners will retain their stranglehold on power.
Neither Donald Trump nor Kamala Harris have the greatest of track records when it comes to actually respecting the rights enshrined in the Constitution, despite the rhetoric being trotted out by both sides lately regarding their so-called devotion to the rule of law.
Indeed, Trump has repeatedly called for parts of the Constitution to be terminated, while both Harris and Trump seem to view the First Amendment’s assurance of the right to free speech, political expression and protest as dangerous when used to challenge the government’s power. …

Great way to wreck your reputation by letting commentators like this on, OANN. The disclaimer is not enough.
Written by a possible Chinese instigator at the AssPress and hosted at PBS.org.
The “they both suck” attitude is simply arrogant above-it-all-ism.
When both sides are blamed the person or persons making that argument is a leftist. He or she knows it’s the left’s fault but gotta have that “bipartisanship” when spreading the blame!
Liberty is threatened by the emotionalized humanistic mob out there.
People running around blaming guns, parents instead of themselves and submitting to God.
There is no firm bedrock so the Constitution is generally speaking tenuous regardless of who we elect.
“Nuts and sluts” or, “They all do it” are the standard Dem tropes when they have been caught red-handed and have no other defense.
You left out a very important word, John & Nisha Whitehead.
That word is peaceful protest. Do not bother to bring up J6, because that turned from peaceful to not peaceful when the government itself instigated the unrest, just as they did in Ukraine with the Maidan Revolution that led to violence, and ultimately to a kinetic war.
Come on you two, admit it. You are Never-Trumpers and possibly up to your rear-ends as Deep State RINO & Uni-party supporters.
Your site, The Voice says at the very top:
That works only when you have a government as that formed by the founding fathers, but it also requires legitimate & honest elections. Something that has been merely an illusion for decades now.
Trump's voice is also allowed to be heard, only it wasn't.
I'm sorry, but you both pathetically miss the elephant in the room. Our courts, including the Supreme Court denied Trump's voice to be heard in 95% of cases brought to the courts, The head of the DOJ lied, as did the top law enforce agency the FBI. Both had been weaponized, as had both dominate political parties, because they conspired against the people whose voices were denied with the theft of the 2020 election.
So, take your ignorant article and stick where the sun never shines.
That is where it rightfully belongs. But hey, no one stopped you from printing your opinion, even though my opinion of it is that it is worthless trash. Clever by half, and not well thought out whatsoever.
You got the Patriot Act correct, but Trump played no role in that. Perhaps the people's voices will reach Trump, regarding the Patriot Act, but does the President even have the authority to do anything about it? Would you suggest that he play dictator on that issue, or perhaps he can bring it to the Supreme Court to rule it unconstitutional, if indeed the Supreme Court would rule it as such.
That's what I mean when I said your opinion was not well thought out whatsoever.
BTW, are those students supporting Palestine exercising their freedom of speech protest rights by destroy the campuses they are causing damage to, and restricting the rights of others trying to attend classes, but deny Jews their freedoms? Are foreigners who are not citizens afforded those rights under our Constitution?
Go back to the drawing board, perhaps you can draw more realistic conclusions, but this attempt was an utter failure.
