I am a woman, and I just don’t get why a male — not calling this person a man — would be so excited by doing such since he could see a lot more on a computer.
There is a weird group of pervs male and female, that participate in this voyeurism/exhibitionism at malls. I learned about it visiting the Galleria in Houston many years ago. The women wear too short skirts and walk close to the rail on the upper floors. The men then got a peep show, and took pics with their cameras. I can only imagine its got worse with cell phone cameras and the entirely inappropriate immodest clothing marketed to young women.
