any bones nearby??
Show and tell is very stupid...
Yep.
$100,000. Not anymore after taxes and getting robbed. Why do dumb people like this always find the goodies? Of course the smart ones never tell so we don’t hear about it.
The money will be confiscated. You can bet on it.
How many safes did they find? And they all had empty baggies? …From the same lake? How old are the bills?
A pattern of safes and empty baggies until one day they’re full. It sounds like it’s a thing to dunk safes with money in baggies in that lake to be dredged up later. Seems rather odd, as told.

Lyrics:
Imagine
Cash cold, that’s what I need
I want money, lots and lots of money
I want the pie in the sky
I want money, lots and lots of money
So don’t be asking me why
“We’re taking the money on the possibility of illegal activity.” - The Feds, probably
Maybe! But the magnet wouldn’t find those!
Freaking idiots.
Based on the photos, those are not old bills
They should have kept their mouths shut. If the cash isn’t confiscated, the IRS will be after them.
That sure seems like how all these stories ultimately end. Wonder who owns the lake? The county? The city? Private lake perhaps?
What IDIOTS, fish and don’t tell.
Also… How much did the safe weigh? What was the test on the line? Sounds like they tied a good knot.
Safes don’t have to be big and heavy, true. But if it were small, might it be a secure money box?
Biden Treasury Dept: We have linked this to a mafia organization from 1947. You get NADA.
Smallish safe. New-style bills. But lots of sediment.
Still a funny story.
Do you think government thieves care who owns the lake?
