Some very powerful stuff. I had an endarterectomy and one of the drugs they gave me during the operation was fentanyl. They opened up my neck from earlobe down to my adam’s apple. I’ve got one helluva Munich Dueling scar there. :0) It took 30 staples to close it up.
They save a lot of money if they can mix it up with cocaine. But like you said, it’s too powerful. So it ends up killing many of their customers...
