The Cy Young Award winning pitcher David Price (of the Detroit Tigers, Houston and Tampa Bay) had a beloved French Bulldog named Astro. He had his own bobblehead and bobblehead day. The dog was given the key to the city and allowed to sit in the Tampa Mayor’s chair in a ceremony.
Astro passed away in 2019.
