Mike Lindell is a good man, and he is of course exactly right about the horrendous fraud that occurred in recent elections. But I’ve been seeing something like this coming for a long time because his one fault has been being way too optimistic about the outcome of his efforts. He seemed to think that he would just present his evidence to a court and they would of course agree with his claims and start throwing everyone responsible for the fraud in jail. Although I think he sees it now, he just didn’t realize the depth of the evil that has gripped our courts and our political system, nor do I believe that he fully appreciated how difficult such an endeavor would be even if we had an actual fair and impartial justice system. He was looking at a very high bar to clear even in the best of circumstances, but I agree that someone had to try to fight this electoral atrocity. I just think the legal and political systems are so far gone at this point that they are nothing less than enemies of the American people, and can only be fought through the constitutional safety valves against tyranny that the founders provided (and modeled themselves in their effort to expel the British).

It’s dead simple to see where this is all heading, and at a rapid pace: We will either become powerless serfs or will be branded “insurrectionists” and “dangerous right wing extremists.” Only if a large enough segment of the population chooses the latter will we have any chance of reversing the destruction of America.

I don’t think you’ve really characterized Lindell’s situation relative to the 2020 election at all.

I don’t think the legal system and the courts are the problem here. From the first day after the 2020 election, I knew that it was going to be damn near impossible to provide any evidence of election fraud that would ever hold up in a court of law. That’s why I was always pushing to have the election fiasco corrected in the political sphere, not in court challenges.
