Mike Lindell admits he is 'broke' as MyPillow attorneys say he owes them 'millions' in unpaid fees

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell has admitted he is unable to pay attorneys representing him and his company, after going broke fighting massive defamation suits over his stolen election claims.

In a court filing on Thursday, Lindell's attorneys said he owes 'millions of dollars' in unpaid legal fees, and sought to drop him as a client in defamation lawsuits brought by Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic USA.

The financial fallout from the controversy has been intense for Lindell, after a number of key retail chains severed ties with MyPillow.

In July, Lindell told DailyMail.com that his company has lost a staggering $100 million since Walmart and Bed Bath & Beyond pulled his products over his false claims of election fraud.

The bedding mogul said on Thursday that he is 'out of money' and praised his lawyers as courageous, saying he regretted he was unable to pay their fees.

'We've lost everything, every dime,' Lindell told NBC News. 'All of it is gone.'

Lindell has not made any payments on his legal bills since July, his lawyers at Parker Daniels Kibort and Lewin & Lewin told federal judges in Minnesota and Washington, DC overseeing the separate defamation cases.

Parker Daniels Kibort co-founder Andrew Parker said in a court filing that forcing his firm to continue representing Lindell without payment 'could threaten the very existence of the firm.'

Parker did not immediately respond to a request for comment from DailyMail.com on Thursday night.

Lindell told Reuters he was the victim of 'lawfare' and that he is unable to borrow money to fund his defense. He said he is looking for new counsel.

'We'll find someone, that's the way it is,' Lindell said.

Dominion is seeking $1.3 billion in damages from Lindell and his pillow company in the Washington case.

“Trump will abandon you in heartbeat, and leave you for dead.”

You are so funny.

“I am not a lawyer, but how is it that the pillow company can be sued for a statement made by its CEO on his own?”

He used company accounts after his personal accounts were banned.

You think Lindell going bankrupt now is funny? And the fact Trump never even paid Giuliani for his legal bills is worth laughing about? Seriously, all that matters to you is Trump. Who else should be sacrificed next?

What do Donald Trump, Mike Lindell and the signers of the Declaration of Independence have in common? :

They ‘Pledged…their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor.’ to try to give us freedom from tyranny

And the ‘deep state’, Then and now are doing their best to take it away from them, (and from us).

The pillows need to go in the dryer for a half hour to expand and activate the foam pieces.

The “fact”? And you know this how? Are you one of his accountants?

“All his political activities are as a private citizen. He never involved his “My Pillow” company in any of his political activities.”

He did. After being banned by Twitter he started using the company’s account.

We bought some of the rubber slides (shoes/sandals) for use in our back yard.

They are pretty useful because they have little traction lines in the footbed which helps when they get wet.

You’re that uninformed about Trump’s failure to pay Giuliani’s legal expenses? Really now? And here I was thinking you were still up to date. Guess it’s understandable, though, since it’s all been bad news for Trump the last few years. Just tune it all out, is what his supporters seem to do now.

“Judge says no to dropping RICO charge against former Trump attorney”

After the left is done, no conservative will ever challenge an election again. Democrats will of course, just as they have done for every election. But if a conservative does it, they had better be prepared for prison and bankruptcy.

Maybe he should have stuck to selling pillows. Mixing business with politics is a bad idea.

Some people are willing to stick their necks out for what they believe, for principle, honor etc...Kinda like the costly deadly risks the Founders of our country took.

Some risked it all. No?

The former president reportedly promised to reimburse $200,000 in expenses for Giuliani’s efforts to have the 2020 election overturned and to dig up dirt on Joe Biden. However, according to The New York Times, Trump is now telling advisers that he doesn’t want Giuliani to get a cent. Giuliani’s supporters were also disappointed when Trump failed to issue a pre-emptive pardon for him.

He should ask Trump to buy some pillows for all his hotels. Lindell should have lined that up before he spent all his time as Trump’s publicist.

Spoken as someone who has bought pillows from him, and even did support him for RNC chairman. But Trump is a vapid hole right now, sucking everything down.

Yes he should! Pillows in all hotels suck, always wondered why Lindell never infiltrated hotels. But, you’re right, it’s a way Trump could really help.
