Mike Lindell admits he is 'broke' as MyPillow attorneys say he owes them 'millions' in unpaid fees

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell has admitted he is unable to pay attorneys representing him and his company, after going broke fighting massive defamation suits over his stolen election claims.

In a court filing on Thursday, Lindell's attorneys said he owes 'millions of dollars' in unpaid legal fees, and sought to drop him as a client in defamation lawsuits brought by Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic USA.

The financial fallout from the controversy has been intense for Lindell, after a number of key retail chains severed ties with MyPillow.

In July, Lindell told DailyMail.com that his company has lost a staggering $100 million since Walmart and Bed Bath & Beyond pulled his products over his false claims of election fraud.

The bedding mogul said on Thursday that he is 'out of money' and praised his lawyers as courageous, saying he regretted he was unable to pay their fees.

'We've lost everything, every dime,' Lindell told NBC News. 'All of it is gone.'

Lindell has not made any payments on his legal bills since July, his lawyers at Parker Daniels Kibort and Lewin & Lewin told federal judges in Minnesota and Washington, DC overseeing the separate defamation cases.

Parker Daniels Kibort co-founder Andrew Parker said in a court filing that forcing his firm to continue representing Lindell without payment 'could threaten the very existence of the firm.'

Parker did not immediately respond to a request for comment from DailyMail.com on Thursday night.

Lindell told Reuters he was the victim of 'lawfare' and that he is unable to borrow money to fund his defense. He said he is looking for new counsel.

'We'll find someone, that's the way it is,' Lindell said.

Dominion is seeking $1.3 billion in damages from Lindell and his pillow company in the Washington case.

“When the hackers’ smoke cleared, the packet captures had been deleted.”

How did the hackers delete the thousands of packets that were hand delivered to Lindell?

“Mike presented the CCP packet captures.”

Mike had no trace to CCP as the source. It may have been a false flag, especially since someone broke the encryption.

The 45 million bet had to do with whether the data was from the 2020 election; initially the contestor’s claim to have proved othewise was tossed by a judge. months later the contestor appealed to a Minnesota court that “had a pool of seven left wing judges”( according to Lindell) ... I could go on ,but since you missed it when you listened to the video , apparently at 4-5 x speed , you’d miss it here as well. The case goes to court in 2025 . Lindell says a lot of the issues with his credit worthiness are caused by the same kind of twisted reporting that you are repeating here.

Some of what he said was indeed false and was proven to be so.

I missed that. Where and how was what he said "proven" false?

No. G.E. is not a plant. He shared with me the reason he’s against Trump. I won’t tell you why, it’s not my place to, but it is personal, it is understandable, and you actually might agree.

That's a great question I'll try to answer with clarity. I have a rather Technical background - sometimes when our company CIO is on vacation I fill in on the sales calls - so please forgive me if this is too in the weeds for you to make sense of.

When Mike received the CCP Packet Captures, no doubt they were hand delivered on some kind of RAID SSD drives implementing striped data with 1+0 security. In order to present this data, Mike needed to attach the drive to a server, much as you'd plug a USB cable from a standard 510 battery into your laptop. When the connection was made, the data was Elastic and thus able to be truncated.

But attaching yourself to Trump never turns out well, because he won't defend you when it matters. Ask Giuliani, McCarthy, you name it. Trump will abandon you in heartbeat, and leave you for dead.

I knew that Trump was driven by his own ego back in 2016. Actually earlier than that. I think i've always know that the man that wanted to put "TRUMP" on everything was an egomaniac.

But I recognized in 2016 that this would motivate him to present himself as the greatest president in history, and he would do the right thing because that was his best chance at being regarded as the greatest president in history, and I have been pleased with the results.

That he throws people under the bus is irrelevant to the fact that he actually tries to make the nation better, and when he is able to implement his policies and his ideas, the nation *IS* better.

So yeah, Trump has lots of faults, but I don't care. He's the best man for the job right now.

“no doubt they were hand delivered on some kind of RAID SSD drives “

So, he mailed that raid to 20 different experts to validate the data without making backups?

He might be 100% correct about it, but all indications are that he bought into all kinds of zany stories and conspiracy theories that should have prompted any normal CEO to step back, do some research, and exercise the kind of caution I would expect from anyone even in a mid-level corporate managerial role.

I want to disagree, but that's what I see too.

I see where you’re going and that’s a smart thought. With the advancements in quantum computing though, entanglement is really a thing and when one piece of datum is deleted they all are.

So, Mike paid millions to cybersecurity experts that allowed his earth shaking data to go poof?

Thanks. I appreciate your hope for a better America. And I believe Trump was the best man for 2016. But he is not the best man for now. He is weak, under duress, both fiscally and physically. He’s lurched to the left, back to his comfort zone. He is doomed to fail in 2024. Or, best case, be a compromised President. He has no other way out of this. Too many people on both sides want him to fail at this point. Good conservatives like me included.

I don’t think the legal system and the courts are the problem here.

They are absolutely the problem. The Courts are garbage and they are filled with liars and idiots. Words fail me when I try to describe the utter disgust I have for this collection of pompous jack@sses who couldn't adjudicate their way out of a paper bag.

Their logic is asinine and their methodology incompetent. I can't tell you how many screw ups our "courts" have done over the years. If they ever get anything right, it's an accident.

From the first day after the 2020 election, I knew that it was going to be damn near impossible to provide any evidence of election fraud that would ever hold up in a court of law.

Because they are liars and idiots. Kari Lake has presented plenty of evidence that would convince any rational man that the election was totally screwed up, and still that lying idiot judge who is probably under the control of the Mexican drug cartels, still didn't make a correct ruling.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention a lot of courts are simply corrupt, like all those courts in Washington DC.

No, the courts in the United States really are *THE* problem.

Every time I notice you, you seem like an enemy agent trying to provoke people. Your entire exchange in this thread has been nasty and mean spirited.

I and all my family are voting for Trump. I hope that annoys you.
