Luxury Hotel Apologizes for Serving Chocolate-Covered Woman for Dessert in Front of Kids

A luxury Italian hotel has been forced to apologize after it covered a bikini-clad woman in chocolate as part of a dessert buffet — with a teenage girl among the guests left with a sour taste from the “disgusting” display.

Federico Mazzieri said he and his 14-year-old daughter were staying at the Voi Colonna Village in Sardinia when a female employee was slathered in chocolate syrup and made to lie on a table of dessert offerings for at least 30 minutes.

The HR manager shared a photo to his LinkedIn, writing of his and his daughter’s disgust at the hotel treating “the female body as an object.” “Last night, after a beautiful day in which many people worked hard to ensure that the many guests had a carefree day, I was speechless to see this scene,” Mazzieri wrote, according to a translation by the Telegraph.

I agree. This is Abby Normal. The only plus I can see is the title is wrong, she wasn't served for desert, she was just the parsley garnish on the plate. Nobody eats the parsley.

It wasn’t even well done. She looks like a dirty homeless person sleeping it off in the anxious fetal position.

They should have put the woman in a walk-in refrigerator for a few minues, made her pose confidently, then pour a warm chocolate over her that forms a hard shell. Diners could then break off pieces. It would have been fun.

You have to admit, your chocolate-coverd model looked a lot more appetizing than the original, for people into that sort of thing. The original looks like a women in a rainstorm lay down after a truck went by and spattered mud on her.
