'Anti-feminist' female influencer sparks FURY after arguing that divorce should be ILLEGAL - and insisting that women shouldn't have the right to VOTE because they can't be drafted

An anti-feminist influencer has sparked outrage online after arguing that divorce should be illegal and women shouldn't have the right to vote.

Hannah Pearl Davis, who is known online as Pearl, has more than 1.52 million subscribers to her controversial YouTube channel, where she touts her conservative and misogynistic viewpoints.

The 26-year-old content creator saw a spike in popularity this year after the arrest of misogynist influencer Andrew Tate, with whom she shares a number of controversial opinions.

Davis defended her beliefs during her recent sit-down interview with Ethan Klein on his H3 Podcast, saying 'we should have policies that push family'

'I think feminism overall was a bad thing. I think women are happier when we have a family and kids over a career in the long run,' she explained.

Davis claimed that children from single-mother households are more likely to drop out of school, go to prison, and have mental health issues.

She argued that in order to keep families together, we have to 'get rid of incentives that incentivize women to leave' their marriages, such as child support and alimony.

'I think we should ban divorce too. Yeah, I think that should be banned,' she said.

Klein tried to get her to acknowledge that it would be 'silly' to make divorce illegal, but she doubled down on her stance.

'I just think that if you want to leave, you just shouldn't get married,' she told the host. 'So, that's just my opinion.'

Davis finally acquiesced that there should be an exception to her divorce ban in the case of domestic violence, but only if the marriages are 'one-sided physically abusive.'

'I just think that the goal should be to keep families together, and the goal should be to work through it,' she said

At least she didn’t propose the “Starship Troopers” system. Service guarantees citizenship.

Since the U.S. doesn’t have a draft I guess no one should have the right to vote.

In Israel, they have to draft women because the Israeli Supreme Court said the Jewish scriptures (Old Testament) says that men and women have equal rights and responsibilities.

Nevertheless, Israel allows draft exemptions based on being pregnant or a mother; they allow assignment to military occupations based on sex (e.g., no women in the infantry); and, they have segregation in housing based on sex.

“An HONEST female conservative would GLADLY give up her vote if it meant that women would no longer be allowed to vote.”

I’d make that deal.

I believe the beginning of the end was in 1930 when the Anglican Lambeth Council approved the use of artifical birth control. The Pill was simply more reliable.

And how about this: divorce, fine, but no remarriage afterwards.

Then someone can leave a bad situation, but no one will be incentivized to divorce for an upgrade.

You are suggesting women should be voters but not subject to a draft. That’s not equality.

On the contrary, I don't think anyone, man or woman, should be subject to the draft. The last war declared by Congress as required by the Constitution was WWII. Eliminating the draft would serve as a check on the FedGov's unconstitutional "police actions". If they want war, let them convince We the People to sign up for it.

I live in California, where you can't swing your arms without hitting some hipster with a man-bun. My governor (Newscum) is a man, yet he has led California into bankruptcy and chaos. Why should these scum be allowed to vote but not good conservative women? If you have to ban 50% of the population from voting to achieve your political goals, you have a messaging problem. Find out what makes the Candace Owens of the world tick and make more of them. Stop turning a blind eye to GOP politicians who say misogynistic things. If that sounds daunting, it is still an easier path than getting enough votes for a Constitutional amendment to overturn another Constitutional amendment.

When only men had the right to vote, marital rape was not considered a crime and domestic violence was rampant, with few or no legal consequences for men. American men didn't get it right then and I don't trust them to get it right now, especially given the number of posts by male Freepers tearing down all women, not just liberal women. I married an Asian man, who spent the first 14 years of his life in Asia, for a reason.

Her broader argument is that there can be no such thing as ‘equality’ because there’s no equal responsibility - that today’s women are ‘more equal’ because they have all the authority in their favor, including through the courts, but don’t have to do any of the hard jobs that keep civilization running. This includes the draft but also all the millions of hard infrastructure jobs men do that women won’t.

It’s refreshing to hear.
