Posting another Metal Music thread - this time an atmospheric nightmare of a song. If you love mean, slow burn and sludgy metal, with a dose of horror movie, give this a try. Please be warned, the video is disturbing as hell and not your typical metal song. Settle back and listen with headphones.
TOPICS: Heated Discussion
KEYWORDS: metal
If you like bands like Neurosis, this is your cup of tea - don't click if you are easily disturbed.

What is your attraction to this? I watched it and felt I was watching one of Satan’s minions glorify himself to words that could not be understood.

Visually, that video is definitely different, but musically, not my cup of tea. But if you want some visually interesting videos then Mushroomhead’s
We Are the Truth (a very Evil Dead movie feel), or
A Requiem for Tomorrow which is also visually interesting.

So, you’re saying this is definitely NOT one of those
“Raindrops on roses, and whiskers on kittens...”
type of song? Got it!

What is your attraction to this? I watched it and felt I was watching one of Satan’s minions glorify himself to words that could not be understood. Different strokes for different folks I guess. But then people can also misconstrue stuff as well, like one the of the best metal songs of all time; Iron Maiden’s, “ Number of the Beast”.

After listening through about 3 times, I’m pretty sure I heard something about “cuddly puppies”.🐶
Though in the next listen, it may have been “Rats devour my friends.”
